BTHK Solar Power Plant Installed at BTHK Car Park
The 'Installation of a Solar Panel System in the Car Park Area of the New Institutional Building' project, implemented by the Information Technologies and Communications Authority (BTHK) within the scope of the 2025 Work Plan, has been completed. The project, which involved expanding the car park area within the institution's premises and installing a Solar Power Plant (SPP) above it, was completed and handed over to the Authority as of April 2026.
Within the scope of the project, the necessary design work was carried out by BTHK, after which the tender process was initiated. Installed on a turnkey basis over the car park area within the institution's premises, the 185 kWp solar energy system not only generates renewable energy but also provides a shading service for the service building's car park.
The tender numbered 323/2025 for the project was held in August 2025 through the Central Tender Commission (MİK) Chairmanship. The supply contract with the winning bidder, Asel Engineering Ltd., was signed on 30 September 2025.
In line with the technical specifications of the tender, construction work that began in October 2025 progressed according to the planned schedule. The Solar Energy System and Covered Car Park Project was completed and handed over in April 2026.
