Market Analysis Draft Reports Open for Public Consultation

Pursuant to the decision of the Information Technologies and Communication Board dated 01.09.2026 and numbered 2026 – K/BTHK – 38.113, the market analysis draft reports on the Mobile Broadband Access Market and the Mobile Access and Call Origination Market, completed by the Authority, have been opened for public consultation.

The market analyses have been prepared within the framework of Article 34(7) of the Electronic Communications Law No. 6/2012 and Article 9 of the "Access, Interconnection, Market Analysis and Tariffs" By-Law, and are hereby submitted for the opinions of all interested parties.
