2027 Draft Business Plan Opened for Public Consultation

The 2027 Draft Business Plan, prepared in accordance with Article 9 of the Regulation on the Working and Audit Procedures and Principles of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority and its Board of Directors, has been opened for public consultation pursuant to the decision of the Board of Directors.

The Draft Business Plan sets out the activities, performance criteria and targets planned for 2027 in line with the five strategic objectives of the Authority's 2025-2027 Strategic Plan.

All stakeholders wishing to submit their views and suggestions on the Draft Business Plan may complete the Feedback Form below and send it to berk.tuncali@bthk.org no later than 05.10.2026.
