The Mobile Wireless Usage Charge is 0.95 TL, according to the relevant legislation, and is added to the bill for each related month for postpaid lines. It was collected under the \"Mobile Wireless Usage Charge\" title. In prepaid lines, it is collected by deducting 14.62 vouchers, in exchange for 0.95 TL, from the remaining vouchers on the first day of each related month. The Mobile Wireless Usage Fee is collected from all active subscribers regularly. The Wireless License Fee is also a one-time charge for all subscribers upon signing the subscription agreement.\u00a0<\/p>

According to Article 12 of the Mobile Terminal Wireless Fees Regulation, and based on Decision No. 2020\u2013K\/BTHK\u201345.111 dated 11.12.2020, the Board of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) has decided not to collect the Wireless License Fee and the Wireless Usage Fee from POS devices, vehicle tracking systems, mobile internet users (non-voice data users), telemetry systems, handheld terminals, and other Machine-to-Machine (M2M) devices as of 01.01.2021. This decision aims to support the adoption of new technologies, promote their widespread use, and accelerate the transition to an information society.
